This book is based on the research experiences with reference to various companies and also different environmental conditions. The findings of various studies were based on the perceptions of different participants during the particular period. It contains both theoretical and practical issues on human resource management. PROF. SATYA RAJU, had consistently brilliant academic record. Obtained Ph.D. from Andhra University in the area of HRM. Published several research papers in National & International journals. He had over three and half decades of teaching, research, training and consultancy experience at Andhra University. Attended various programmes at ISB & IIMs.
