The library is considered as an important centre and is the heart of any institute. The libraries are acquiring different types of resources and providing services to fulfill the needs of their clients. To strengthen the collection and services of the library the users feedback helps much. By considering this, the libraries are frequently conducting satisfaction level of the users and it is the key purpose to the success of any library. This book is the platform for analysing the users satisfaction towards the library services and library infrastructure which helps the Library professionals to take idea in increasing the users satisfaction level.
