Prof. Dr. Josef Herget combines many years of experience in academia with international consulting activities. He has taught and conducted research at various universities in Europe and has led several companies. He is the Director of the Excellence Institute - Research & Solutions. He has authored several books on corporate culture and has supported companies as a consultant, speaker, and coach on issues of future viability and change.
