Death is a universal phenomena in human being. However reactions up on the death of someone can vary among cultures.This paper presents information on the importance of understanding cultural competencies for public administrators in controlling funereal gun fire. Starting with major problems of funereal gunfire and how public administrators have handled such practices are explained. It further lays a foundation by discussing cultural gunfire funereal practices and several risks associated with it that affect the daily life of the peoples.

I was born in 1985 from Gondar.And I have got my first degree from university of Gondar in applied psychology and my second degree from Ethiopian civil service university in Public management field. I have worked with nongovernmental and governmental institutions as a social worker.
