Beschreibung
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of recent graduates in looking for jobs here in Ireland. The study will first have a look at the tools used by young graduates to seek their employment in the Irish market; it will secondly focus on the effect of a long-term unemployment for the population of interest. And will finally have a look at the possible opportunity at the disposal of young graduates in terms of improving their resume.

Dear reader, My name is Florian TUE, I graduated from Dublin Business School in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business & Management. As part of this program, I did some research and I wrote a thesis concerning the ability of unemployed young graduates to look for jobs in Ireland.
