He has been the Vice President at Alibaba Group and now an independent conslutant and writer. He received two master degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Sun Yat-sen University.Zipei is currently living in Guangzhou, China. His focus of research includes digital transformation, digital policy, data culture, and the impact of technology on modern life.
