The policy of upgrading clearly makes it possible to encourage Maghreb small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to integrate effectively into the new global economic context. Its main objectives are to encourage local production, modernize information and management systems and promote the industrial competitiveness of enterprises. This book aims to highlight the experience of upgrading companies, conducted by our Moroccan neighbors and Tunisian who have preceded us in this field.
