Dr. Uttam Khanal: Academic researcher, trainer, writer and Associate Prof. of Economics & Social Sciences. His PhD is in Economics and M.Phil, M.Ed, M.A, M.PA degree in different subject and faculty. He got top level of education award from Government of Nepal named 'Nepal Vidhya Bhusan "ka" (Presidential awards) by President of Nepal 2017.
