The rate at which Internet change is fast which in turn change most of business arena. As a result, most of the workers are being thrown into new responsibility and procedures at an ever-increasing rate to cope with process and manage the changes. This implies that the workers need to be trained and re-trained. Also, it would surely incur additional cost implication in business. This book is passive that technology and processes are not agile and flexible enough to allow interoperability between the technology itself, people and process. Based on this, the book applied combination of process centric, objective centric and human centric for the management theory of process change that caused by smart era evolution and revolution in order to cope with technology agility and flexibility.

Raufu Oluwatoyin Raheem hails from Ologbon Compound in Igbeti, Oyo State-Nigeria. He had ND & HND (Mech. Engr.) from The Polytechnic Ibadan; PGD from FUT-Minna; Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from FUTA-Nigeria and PhD in Engineering from Seoul National University, South Korea.
