The aim of this book is to analyze the current position of the Cyprus-Turkish Airlines (CTA), to identify potential problems and offer the essential solutions. Proposed solutions will be targeted on facilitating and improving managerial practices and, as a last step, will be evaluated on the basis of their effectiveness and conformability with the organizational mission and objectives. Cyprus Turkish Airlines Limited (Turkish: Kibris Türk Hava Yollari Ltd. Sti. (KTHY)) is a Cypriot airline that is the flag carrier for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and is based north of Nicosia, the capital of Northern Cyprus.
