Effectiveness of performance management has been an issue with the organizations across industries for decades. This book based on the Ph.D. research of the author, addresses the issue of evaluation of organizational performance management system (PMS) using structural equation modelling (SEM). The critical success factors of PMS are validated using SEM and the organizational PMS is evaluated using multiple regression specifically derived from the structural model developed in the process. The book provides a comprehensive and unique approach to evaluate the performance management system.
