Beschreibung
The book is about Managers demographic information having influence on the relationship between financial determinant indicators and financial performance in Commercial Banks in Kenya. The determinant indicators studied are; Credit information Sharing, risk management practices, Portfolio diversification collateral security and Manager's Demographic Information (level of education, tenure and salary of managers) as a moderating variable and financial performance measured by profitability. It was established that despite of determinant indicators influencing financial performance of commercial banks in Kenya, the influence was accelerated when manager's demographic information was considered as a moderating factor. The implication of the results is that institutions should consider managers (staff) as assets of the organization since they considerably influence the financial performance. The book will be useful to University students at all levels; undergraduate and graduate (Masters and PhD). It will be critical to financial institutions in knowing strategies to undertake in order to mitigate risks and diversify their portfolios for increased return hence increased profits.
