This research is based on the annual and Corporate Social Responsibility reports content,This Research reflect how top organization who are spending more on employee disclosed their activities and responsibility towards them in their annual report and what content are used by them for reporting. This research reflect that still Human Resource Accounting and Disclosure are at nascent stage in India, Even though being performed they are unable to disclose in better way.
