Cleaning services have attracted attention of many employers as employees prefer to work in condusive environment. Parapet cleaners have offreded to meet this challenge by uping their game but still faced with some challenges. Parapet cleaners believe that once they determine the general issues that cause staff turnover in the industry, they will be able to withstand such isses and in turn remain a global competitor in the field of cleaning.
