I count myself fortunate in this work that is written with a venture in finding out the factors affecting labour productivity for the purpose to enhance productivity in industrial sector. Labour policy plays a key role in industrial productivity in the context of labour input. Therefore, oppurtunity has also been taken to include some important factors from labour policy. This Book is intended to provide study materials to lead overall productivity improvement besides industrial productivity with respect to labour.
