Corporate governance is a nascent area in the management of public entities, especially in developing world. Most corporate governance managers experience daunting challenges in the execution of their mandates due to their limited understanding of the goings-on within their scope of work. Dr. Francis Kissinger Amayi is an authority in Supply Chain Management. He is dedicated public servant, currently working with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, a procurement regulatory agency of the republic of Kenya. The author has done several other academically oriented research works in the discipline of Supply Chain Management.
