Business Process Re-engineering has great potential for increasing productivity through reduced process time and cost, improved quality, and greater customer satisfaction, but it often requires a fundamental organizational change.

Samuel Zewdie Hagos is blogger and informatics profession with multi-sectoral experience in programme/project management, monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge management. He received Master's degree in both computer science and health informatics from Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH) and Addis Ababa University respectively.
