The purpose of this study is to explain the accounting theory selected and adopted by the corporate sector under study. A healthy and positive criticism of the accounting practices will give the inner perceptive of an organization exposing its strength and weakness in this regard. There are three major courses of Business Failure: Insufficient capital, poorly framed Decisions and (Inadequate Accounting Practice). Hence the main focus of study in hand is to evaluate the accounting practices of the private corporate sectors although no exaggerated claims are made with respect to substantially of the work yet keeping in view the limitation, every effort has been made to view, review and examine in depth the various accounting theories and practices in arriving at the conclusions of the study.
