Mr. Yirgalem Eshete tries to review this articles in the context of least developing countries, particularly Ethiopia. Yirgalem Eshete Fithanegest was born in 1982 in Ethiopia. Graduated with M.Sc Degree in "Rural Development and Agricultural Extension" from Alamaya University. Graduated with BA Degree in "Agricultural Extension" from the same university. Now he works as senior instructor at Debre Markos University, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
