Over the past several decades colleges and universities have focused efforts on making campuses more equitable for male and female, but yet the college experiences remains impacted by gender inequalities. So female student's educational experiences may differ considerably from those of male, even when they attend the same institutions, share the same classrooms and work with same graduate advisers.

Mr Tara N Poudel is PhD Scholar of Kathmandu University School of Education. He has earned Master of Philosophy (M Phil) in Educational Leadership from Kathmandu University in 2010 & Master of Education from Tribhuvan University in 2006. Mr Poudel was born in 1979 in Rapakot-7 Syangja Nepal.
