Some of the issues in African urban cities result from increase in population. This means more pressure on Government resources in the midst of limited resources, need for effective service delivery and innovative approaches. In this book a general framework for assessing supporting factors for community involvement in waste collection- an innovative approach- are provided for resolving waste collection challenges and improving effective service delivery.
