This book aims to explain the concept of right to development and its legal dimensions comparing with other human rights. It focuses to link between the right development, environment, disarmament and human development. The specific objectives are. to discuss the resolutions of the UN General Assembly relating to the Right to Development and to explore the concept of the Right to Development in the light of various UN conventions, it also aims to explain the international legal dimensions of the Right to Development. These work linkages between the Right to Development and sustainable development, disarmament for human development. Scheme of this work is divided in to sixteen chapters. This book is useful to students, jurists, academicians and human rights activists.

Mr.Y.V.Kiran Kumar is Research Scholar in Department of Law, Andhra University. He completed his LL.M from Andhra University with the specialization of International Law and Organizations. He practiced as an advocate for two years.
