Law making is a complex process in our country. It involves several steps. The first step is to identify the need for a law or an amendment to an existing piece of legislation. This may be done either by the government or by citizen groups who can raise public awareness regarding the need for the law.Law making is a complex process in our country. It involves several steps. The reason to choose this topic was the compelling need to understand the compelling need for the recent Governments to charter into the legislative arena. Is the Ordinance making power a real Frankensteins monster which right now sub serves the political gains for Governments but may any time turn on them who created it?
