Beschreibung
This book analyses the international standard figure of the Human Rights-Based Approach and how it enables the materialization of the human right to development. It makes a study of conceptual, doctrinal, legal and theoretical nature about the incorporation of the HRBA to public policies and territorial development plans establishing as main object of study the Colombian state. The document allows the reader to approach the basic and merely technical notions of a human rights methodological procedure.
