The book offers undergraduate law students a theoretical basis for the appreciation of a research project in law, thereby preparing them for a more complex and practical based knowledge in their post-graduate dissertations and thesis writing. Experience has shown that law students generally are unable to undergo a transformation from passive consumer of academic knowledge into active co-producers, a situation that often compel them to exploit ready-made project work. The present book on "Legal Research Methodology and Project Writing" is designed to cure an apparent phobia among law students and senior legal researchers.
Autorenporträt
Chegwe Emeke Nelson holds the Bachelor and Master of Laws Degrees of the prestigious Ambros Alli University, Edo State - Nigeria, and a PhD in International Law and Jurisprudence. He is at present the Head of Department of Jurisprudence and International Law of the National Open University of Nigeria, Lagos. Dr. Chegwe is of the professorial cadre.
