Dr. Shabir Ahmad did his PhD in Library & Information Science from Mangalore University, Mangalore Karnataka-India, M. Phil. in Library & Information Science from Vikram University Ujjain MP- india and MLISc. from Kashmir University, Sringar J&K- India. Besides 4 books, Dr. Shabir has published 26 paper at national and international level.
