'The Influence of the People's Republic of China on the Interpretation of Freedom of Expression on the Internet': The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of the interpretation of freedom of expression on the internet by the People's Republic of China and its influence on the interpretation of this human right in the discourse of international law. The aim of the work was to examine the topic in a legally neutral manner and without criticizing other legal systems. It seems more important than ever to develop an understanding of other legal systems and their adaptation in many countries around the world in order to conduct the international legal discourse on the basis of the applicable law. This work is intended to make a contribution to this.
