'Corporate Reputation as a Legal Parameter' Against the background of numerous scandals of large German stock corporations, the author examines the legal significance of corporate reputation. By means of social and economic findings, she examines the extent to which German law obliges managing directors of financial institutions and stock corporations to protect the good reputation of the company they manage. In addition, she examines appropriate organizational precautions with a hands-on approach.
