This work is an analysis of the several writings and judicial decisions dealing with the enforcement of set-aside arbitral awards. It discusses the various issues involved in enforcing an award which has been vacated by the Courts of the seat.

Rishabh Jogani is an Advocate qualified in India. He is a visiting faculty at the Government Law College, Mumbai. He holds the B.L.S. and L.L.B. degrees from the University of Mumbai, an L.L.M. from the Queen Mary University of London and a Masters in Intellectual Property Law from IGNOU, New Delhi.
