The author is currently Assistant Professor in HNB Garhwal (Central) University Srinagar Garhwal Uttarakhand India. He has completed his LL.B from DDUGU Gorakhpur in 2006 and LL.M from Dr. RMLNLU Lko in 2009 with specialization in IPR. He has presented many papers in National/International Seminars & published many articles in journals.
