Accountability and transparency are indispensable pillars of good governance that enables the society to achieve congruence between public policy and its implementation. Martin Ugbudu read political science at the University of Jos, Nigeria. He later attended Benue State University, Makurdi where he obtained Master of Science (M.Sc) Public Administration and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science. He is presently a principal lecturer with the College of Education, Oju, Benue State, Nigeria.
