The major purpose of this research is to analyze and evaluate the nature and dynamics of the federal system in Pakistan under the provisional constitutions of 1947, 1956, 1962, 1973 and also to determine the importance of the federalism for the development of Pakistan. Constitution making in Pakistan was unduly delayed for a pertaining to the federal structure. This study examines the problems, which the constitution maker encountered while evolving a federal constitution. This study critically examines the efforts made by Pakistans political leaders and the constituent Assemblies to work out a federal system in the face of social, political, economic and geographic diversities, especially between East Pakistan and West Pakistan; and how the framers of the constitution solve these problems? This Work also identifies and analyzes the social, economic and political forces that shaped Pakistans federal structure and influenced its actual working. The focus is not merely on the constitutional provisions but on the actual working of the institution and processes.

I have got my initial education at my Native Land Bannu. After that I have done my Ph.D at University Of Sindh. Then started teaching at Gomal University, Qurtuba. Presently I am Assistant Professor & Director QEC at Qurtuba University DI.Khan Pakistan. Participating in curriculum, non-curriculum activities, conferences and seminars at local level.
