Mustafa Hashim Taha earned his Ph.D. in telecommunication from Ohio University, and worked as an assistant professor of communication and public relations at the American University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. As a diplomat, Dr. Taha held senior diplomatic positions in Sudan foreign service as well as UN peacekeeping missions in Africa.
