Prof. Wilson Okaka is a Ugandan who is very interested in public communication campaigns and policy communication research. He received education and training in: political science, public administration, journalism, and mass communication, project planning and management, and renewable energy studies from: Uganda, UK, Italy, Sweden, and the USA.
