Behind ever art is a man, behind the man is the race and behind the race is the social and natural environment and these influences are sure to be reflected on folklore. There is an enormous amount of influence of folklore in our old and modern Bengali literature. In Bangladesh folklore activities were much accelerated when The Bangla Academy in Dhaka in 1955 to promote research work on Bengali language and literature and collected, preserved, and published folklore materials. Mohammad Sayeedur started his professional life in Bangla academy Folklore division at 1962 by the guideline of Jainul abedin, Jashim uddin and others, who builds up a lot of collection of tangible and intangible folk heritage by himself, those which are the valuable national properties of our country. But now a day, his huge collections are being destroyed for lack of authority, space and proper preservation. In this Mohammod Sayeedur Folk Heritage Museum and Research centre', where the scientists of different countries will come and introduce with folk heritage of our country and the evaluation and experiment will develop the way of Folklore and compared with others to develop the culture of our nation.

Architect Anjuman Ara Begum is a managing director, Doshomik Sthapathi. Architect Md. Mustiafiz Al-Mamun is a assistant professor, Department of Architecture, Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology(CUET). Both received their B.Arch. degree from Khulna University, Khulna, and both are member of Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB).
