Das Doppelalbum wurde von Costello selbst zusammengestellt, um eine tiefe emotionale Bindung zu den Themen und Geschichten in seinem Buch aufzubauen. Dieses 38-Track-2CD-Set enthält eine Auswahl von Hits und Costellos Lieblingssongs, einschließlich zwei bisher unveröffentlichter Stücke: "April 5th" - geschrieben und aufgenommen mit Rosanne Cash, Kris Kristofferson und John Leventhal - und eine von Costellos ältester Soloaufnahmen von 1975: I Cant Turn It Off Diese Sammlung verfügt auch über drei Audiobuch-Sketche, die nicht in den Memoiren vorkommen, sowie ein 28-seitiges Booklet, das alle Songtexte und massig ungezeigte Fotos enthält, einige davon aus dem privaten MacManus Familienalbum.
