Sport is growing drastically from time to time, whatever orientation societies do have, as evidenced from increasing number of Spectators, Commentators, Sport clubs, Sponsors and also Government involvement in funding Sports. Keeping these increased demands alive is the most important issues to be considered by Professionals. The way Sport has been managed Yesterday may not be applicable to Tomorrows Sport environment. It is the time in which more effort is expected from all to look for alternative policies, governance systems and new strategies. Sport is proliferating in system, contents and structure as an industry globally and taken as way of producing money.Currently, highly educated and talented Sport coaches & Sport players, Sport managers, Sport researchers,Sport administrators, Sport psychologists, Sport sociologists, and Sport scientists are required for maintaining Sport industry equilibrium. Increased efforts specifically from Professionals are needed for settling this increased and diversified dynamically changing milieu of Sports. A continued need for a variety of textbooks and related resources in this expanding field of study and business is indispensable.

Wakjira Sima earned BA degree in Physical Education and Sports and MA in Teaching Physical Education from Bahir Dar University & Addis Ababa University respectively.He has been teaching, researching and serving as head of Sports Studies of Wollega University, Ethiopia since 2007. Currently, Wakjira is pursuing his PhD at Punjabi University, India.
