The basic aim of the book is to find out the effect of play and movement approach on elementary school children.Play provides opportunities for children to learn social interaction, and all parents aspire for their children to be successful in these interactions.They learn to face the problems and how to solve them, which helps them what is right and wrong. Play has the potential to improve the children well being and cognitive.And the book expressed the importance of play and movements approaches to the children.

Dr.S.PONSON,is graduated in Physics,Madurai Kamaraj University.Post graduation,M.Phil&Ph.D in Physical Education in Annamalai University.He has 15 years of teaching experience,research&coaching. He has 35 international/national conferences,seminars and produced 4 Ph.D, 40 M.Phil scholars. Presently he is working as Asst.Prof.,Annamalai university.
