This book is the result of studies by the researcher on sport productivity. In this book, the factors affecting the productivity of sports federations are studied in three groups: Main organizational internal factors, Complementary organizational internal factors and organizational external factors by using the Monabamas model. It is hoped that the results of this research will help the development and advancement of sports sciences around the world.

Dr. Saeid Sedaghati has been serving the Ministry of Education for several years as a department responsible for curriculum planning and research. He has worked with various sports federations and has been head of the physical education faculty. At the present he is manager of postgraduate groups at Islamic Azad University, Islamshahr Branch.
