Beschreibung
The pollution produced by the generation of industrial and domestic hazardous wastes constitutes the main problem of a civilization that has promoted the economic growth and the industrialization like prototypes of the modernization and the economic progress. The application of international regulations such as the Basel Convention and NAFTA to try to regulate the transboundary movement of hazardous waste has been insufficient in the Mexico-United States relationship, since it has not really committed itself to fight against this practices.
