Nowadays, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) developments have influenced different social sectors such as education. ICT implementation in the higher education is standing for E-learning terminology which has already changed the process of teaching and learning worldwide. The government of the North of Iraq has identified initiatives in order to implement the modernization in several sectors including education sector. Educational domain is considered one of the main domains that utilize the Internet and the electronic applications aiming to enhance the management of teachers and the students performances; the most important aim of utilizing electronic applications in the educational organizations is to manage the educational resources like teachers, students as well as materials and to reduce cost of learning resources.

Born in Baghdad - Iraq; finished primary, secondary and intermediate School in Baghdad. She got her B. Sc. program in Salahaddin University-College of Engineering. Was working 4 years in Dar-Alamara Co. Then, she went for further study in the Cyprus International University-Faculty of Engineering. She has got her M.Sc. program in June of 2014.
