Improper governance and unethical behavior have led to well-known scandals as Enron's bankruptcy and the false Volkswagen's emissions claim among many others. On one hand governance structures are inadequate to the present time needs, on the other hand the ethical dilemmas are not understood, generating a situation where executives and practitioners are sinking in quick sands without the chance of escape.
