Real estate is backbone of any country whether it is macroeconomic investment, investment banks portfolios or for individuals. The real estate plays critical role in economic development, however, it can also be catastrophic if not visioned, planned and controlled properly with effective national policy and guidelines which ultimately can create a bubble to burst at some given point in time. For a holistic growth of an economy real estate sector needs to be channelized effectively so that the sector can contribute significantly to GDP, create employment opportunities and thereby well-being of citizens.
