Beschreibung
This work was made as a dissertation in the University of Sussex. The author's main purpose was to investigate how Google complies with governmental demands in areas of copyright infringement and personal data protection from US and EU both. The work finds that Google actively pushes its pro-US business model in sphere of copyright on the territory of EU. At the same time high European standards in data privacy makes Google to adjust its policy in a more pro-European model, through this way also influencing on US ways of business conduct.

Ms. Polina Lobanova graduated from the Moscow State University in 2013 as a specialist in law. She has continued her academic career in the University of Sussex (UK) and in 2016 she achieved LLM in International Commercial Law.
