The present study entitled "Virtual Banking a New Approach in Financing System" introduces the spirit of virtual banking, describes its performance, ruling processes, benefits and weaknesses of virtual banking from customers point of view, banks and business environment and finally will model the effects of the formation of this kind of banking on resource absorption and attribution mechanisms.
