Live in Relationship & Hindu Marriage is the contemporary issues for the recent generation in India. Marriage are made in heaven means that in ancient times it was considered that marriages are decided by God and some sort of divinity. The live in relationship is consider as a liability free lifestyle. For the reason that it creates hue and cry to destroy our cultural and traditional institution of marriage. The legal and institutional obligations also not satisfactory to tackle this situation. Hindu Marriage Act 1955 also does not have any relief of this system. The law does not prescribe how we should live; it is ethics and social norms, which explain the essence of living in welfare model.This study categorically, elaborate the every knock and corner of the Live in Relationship & Hindu Marriage system and analyses the goals by empirical study. Every suggestions has create its own interpretation to draw a line between Live in Relationship & Hindu Marriage.

I am currently employed as an officer (Group 'A' Gazetted; Geophysicist) in the Geological Survey of India, Northern Region, Lucknow. Earlier I was pursuing my Ph.D. degree in Planetary Science from Physical Research Laboratory (PRL), Ahmedabad. I have completed my M.Sc-Tech degree in Applied Geophysics from Indian School of Mines (ISM), Dhanbad.
