Khul' is an important issue, which should be discussed and elaborated according the the teaching of Islam. It is divided into 4 chapters. the first give brief introduction of the khul'. The second chapter give the Islamic concept of khul', in which khul' is elaborated from the Qur'an and Sunnah. Third chapter discuss the khul' in Pakistani Law, The Fourth chapter analyzed the comparison of Islamic and Pakistani Law
