The author of this books through research noted an increasing number of Visually Impaired Students in higher institutions of learning.Due to this there is dire need to provide educational facilities that will enable them to experience a comfortable environment during the learning process and to be able to compete and perform at a more equal level with other students. It is hoped that recommendations made in this book will inform, shade light to all stakeholders in administration and policy making in charge of higher education all over the world.
