Beschreibung
This mixed methods study examines the relationship between students existing self-regulation skills and outcomes on an Independent Study Mentorship final course project. The data from this study showed a significant relationship found between Peer Learning and outcomes on an Independent Study Mentorship final course project, with notable findings to support the relationship between students self-regulation skills and the themes of Temporal Awareness, Social Interaction and Peer Learning, Procrastination Awareness, Self-Reflective Identity, and Structure.

Dr. Cristianne Richardson is a K-12 administrator in southeast Texas. She received her Ed. D. in Educational Leadership in 2014 and has authored scholarly articles. Her research interests include self-regulation, intrinsic motivation, and advanced critical thinking.
