Adolescence is an important phase of life. Growth and development of children is fast in this period. Their physical growth is rapid but psychologically they are immature. They are curious about sexuality; but generally they never express these feelings openly. They easily influenced by irresponsible media. It affects badly on their physical and psychological health. Hence they should inculcate about sexuality by scientific way. Similarly proper diet, regular exercise & regimen are essential for good health. Especially females grow faster in this age & need more protection. They should receive scientific information about sexuality, protection and information about unexpected problems. Hence the workshop was arranged for (school going) adolescent females. Todays figure conscious generation neglect their health, hence health awareness was added along with sex-ed. Adolescents were advised about Ayurved directives of health with concepts of Agni(power of digestion), Dhatu(body tissues), Dosh(humor) etc.This study showed that guidance and counseling of sex education along with health directives is essential for development of a well-being personality of Adolescents.
